Serbian Cleavers

The Kitchen all-arounder, from jointing large game to slicing translucently thin slices from tomatoes or cucumbers. These typically have 5-7″ of cutting edge.

Puukkos

Traditional knife of the Saami people of Lapland. Endlessly useful for bushcraft, hunting or camping. Blades are typically 3-4″ in length

Chef’s Knives

The traditional workhorse of the kitchen! Blades are typically 7-10″ in length.

Hunting Knives

The all-around outdoor knife for camping and hunting. Preparing food or game, shaving kindling or creating improvised shelters. Blades are typically 4-5″ in length.

Leuku

Another traditional Saami knife, this one for chopping. Think of it as a lighter, easier to carry replacement for a hatchet with greater versatility.
Blades are usually 6-10″ in length.

Other Kitchen Knives

Paring, Carving and Boning knives. I do full sets as well!
